The Paris Nature 18 cm salt mill is unique. It was entirely conceived tobe more resource efficient, more respectful of the environment. Indeed,during the manufacturing cycle of our mills, some wooden parts withvisual roughness are discarded. To enhance these parts, whose intrinsicqualities remain intact, an original texturing is carried out, obtainedby spraying crushed walnut shells onto the mill body. It gives thismanual salt mill a unique and natural touch and appearance. The body ofthe Paris Nature mill, entirely made out of wood labelled PEFC™, is thenprotected by an ecological varnish of vegetable origin composed oflinseed oil and carnauba wax to preserve the natural character of thewood and ensure its maximum longevity.
